Job Summary: As an Application Development Team Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining application solutions. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating those into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to final implementation and support. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for application development. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce development standards and best practices to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the development process.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Skills:
  • Proven experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
